How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with reputable hosting providers. Access is limited to Kibao Solutions.
Sharing
Your data is never sold and is never shared with advertisers. Hosting providers process data on our behalf only to run the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time on the data deletion page. Deletion is completed within 30 days, except where the law requires longer retention.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@kibaosolutions.com. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data — contact us to exercise them.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.

Pulse is a fitness product. It uses your Google account name and email for sign-in and stores the workouts and progress you create.
Hermes
Hermes is a personal AI agent. It uses your Google account name and email for sign-in to its web dashboard. It stores the conversations, tasks, and settings you create. No other Google data is accessed.
